Shipping policy
Processing times:
The time I need to prepare your order for shipping, most orders ship within 1-2 weeks. If you need the item sooner please contact me or purchase the expedited shipping along with your order.
Estimated shipping times:
Canada: 1-2 weeks
United States: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Address Correction/Wrong address:
Please note LittleLilyShop will not replace an item that was shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the buyer.
**It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the proper address when purchasing an item.**
If the item has not shipped yet you may contact us to have the address corrected.
**A refund will not be given because an item was shipped to the wrong address.
Refunds will NOT be issued if an item does not reach you in time for your event, absolutely no exceptions. It is your responsibility as the customer to inform LittleLilyShop of the event date BEFORE purchase so we can discuss shipping upgrades.
